Dermal filler near Southend-on-Sea.
Subtle restoration of contour and balance, area by area — planned at consultation and delivered by a prescribing practitioner.
What is dermal filler?
Dermal filler is an injectable gel used to restore contour, support and balance to specific areas of the face. At RevIVe Your Look the aim is always restraint: people should tell you that you look well, not be able to point to what you have had done.
Treatment is planned area by area rather than as a package. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved, and as a prescribing practitioner Raquel is able to manage that in-house if it is ever needed.
Dermal filler is priced per ml. Your plan and cost are confirmed in writing at consultation.
Who it's suited to
People usually ask about filler when an area of the face has lost definition or balance over time. It is not the right answer for every concern, and sometimes a skin-quality treatment — or nothing at all — is the better recommendation.
Suitability is always assessed in person. Raquel will take a full medical history, look at your face as a whole and tell you what she would do, what she would not, and what she would leave alone. Treatments are for over-18s only and ID is checked.
What happens at the appointment
It starts with a consultation. You talk first — medical history, what is bothering you and any previous treatment — and leave with a written plan setting out what is recommended, how many millilitres, what it costs and what it will not do.
Treatment is booked separately, so you have time to read your plan and change your mind. On the day, the area is cleansed, numbing is used where appropriate and Raquel talks you through what you will feel before anything happens. You are reviewed two weeks after treatment as standard.
Aftercare basics
General guidance only — you are given written, treatment-specific aftercare before you leave. See also Consent & Aftercare.
