RevIVe Your Look ("we", "us", "our") is a private aesthetics studio based in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly and in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
- Booking information — appointments you make, taken through our booking partner Fresha.
- Health information — relevant medical history, medications, allergies and suitability information you provide during consultation, which we hold to treat you safely. This is special category data and is treated with extra care.
- Payment information — deposits and payments are processed securely by our booking/payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
The website concierge
Our website includes an AI assistant that can answer general questions about treatments, consultations and the studio. It runs in your browser, it is not a person, and it will always tell you so. It does not give medical advice and does not assess whether a treatment is suitable for you.
The concierge is designed not to collect health information, and will steer you away from sharing it. It does not store or transmit your conversation. Nothing you type into it is sent to us, saved, or used to build a profile of you — when you close the page, it is gone. If you want to reach Raquel, the concierge will point you to WhatsApp, email or the booking page, and anything you send through those is handled as set out in this policy.
How we use your information
- To arrange and manage your appointments and consultations.
- To assess suitability and provide safe, appropriate treatment and aftercare.
- To contact you about your appointment or care.
- To meet our legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.
Legal basis
We rely on: your consent; performance of a contract (providing the treatment you book); our legitimate interests in running the studio; compliance with a legal obligation; and, for health information, the basis relating to the provision of health care and treatment.
Sharing your information
We never sell your data. We may share it with our booking/payment provider (Fresha) to manage appointments and payments, and, where clinically necessary and with appropriate safeguards, with prescribers or pharmacies involved in your care. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep treatment and consultation records for as long as necessary to provide safe care and to meet our legal and insurance obligations (medical records are typically retained for a number of years in line with professional guidance). Other information is kept only as long as needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or (in certain circumstances) erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@reviveyourlook.co.uk.
Cookies
This website uses only essential functionality and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any embedded booking or map content is provided by Fresha and Google respectively, and is subject to their own privacy terms.
Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
